Angel leads with empathy, precision, and a deep understanding of human potential.  Angel Diamond is a dynamic and mission-driven executive with over 17 years of leadership in talent acquisition, workforce strategy, and operational consulting. As the founder and CEO of GovFirst, she has built a nationally respected firm that delivers high-impact staffing and technology solutions to government agencies, nonprofits, and mission-focused enterprises.

With a deep understanding of people, systems, and strategy, Angel specializes in driving organizational growth through precision hiring, cultural alignment, and innovative workforce models. Beyond her corporate leadership, she is a passionate advocate for community resilience—spearheading public health initiatives, Narcan distribution programs, and grant-funded services that uplift underserved families and combat the opioid crisis. Angel’s leadership is defined by purpose, precision, and a powerful commitment to transforming operations and lives.

Shavon specializes in sourcing and placing high-level candidates across government and private sector contracts.

Kayla is the owner of The Turning Point Law Firm, an Illinois-based practice built for modern entrepreneurs. She empowers founders to protect what they’re building with clarity and confidence—offering agile, scalable legal support tailored to growth and innovation.

Specializing in business formation, contracts, intellectual property, creative and entertainment law, and real estate, Kayla serves as both a legal strategist and partner in progress.
